marrakech memory lane tour

On our last day, we visited beautiful places with special memories. On our Pikala bikes we cycled to the Moro Hotel, where we stayed a few years ago, for a drink.

And off we go on our bikes to the Palmaraie and for lunch at the hotel Les Deux Tours.

Drinks at Le Jardin and dinner in the evening overlooking a steaming Djemaa at restaurant MoMo.

One more night in Maison Demi and then back home.

What an amazing trip we had. So many new impressions and places and also wonderful to revisit old familiar places. Morocco remains magical!

goodbye mogador - hello marrakech

Paradis d'Amis - 18 november 2025

After the last breakfast together in Ank's paradis we packed our things to travel back to Marrakech.

Bye Ank, bye Abdessalem, bye Billie, bye Lola and off we went on the bumpy road through argan orchards. We exchange our rural life for city life, best of both worlds.

Hello red city and hello Maison d'Amis, it's only a few hours drive and so different. Feels marvelous to spend a few more days together in Marrakech.

Soak up the medina life, have lunch on the roof terrace at Le Slimana and in the evening a classic harira soup at Cafe des Epices.
