Photo exhibition Edward Quinn: Picasso y los años dorados de la Costa Azul. 140 photos by Edward Quinn of Picasso and the celebrities at the Côte d'Azur in Centro Cultural La Malagueta, located in Plaza de Toros.

Discovering the non-touristy La Victoria district with surprisingly street art. We had delicious little pitufo sandwiches with fresh tomato spread and serrano.
On to the next Picasso spot, the "Casa Natal" Pablo Picasso, where he was born in 1881 at number 15 Plaza de la Merced.
On the other side of of the street we visited the temporary exhibition hall, where the exhibition 'Las edades de Pablo' (The Ages of Pablo), as part of the commemoration of the fiftieth anniversary of the death of the Malaga-born artist in 1973. The new exhibition had opened the day before, so we were lucky and altogether we got a good portion of Picasso this week.
Picasso break with a cold drink under the palm trees in Paseo del Parque and home on the bike.
Dinner at Restaurante Gabi; berenjenas fritas con miel de caña, espetos de sardinas y paella arroz negro.
