the beauty of one single flower

I can never throw away a bunch of flowers at once, without saving a flower pretty enough to enjoy some longer in a small vase or bottle.

  2. I do the same. Bouquets last a good month for me. The fragile flowers disappear first but the remaining lovelies simply get rearranged into a smaller vase. By the end of a month I'm usually down to a blossom or two in a wine glass.

  6. Mmm... heel mooi!

  7. Oh, I'm the same too and I always leave roses until they're old and dried up. They make such a lovely still life composition I think. Miles, my five-year old son, thinks otherwise however and always tells me to throw them out because they're dead!
