Some weeks ago I received a romantic request from Mickey's husband.

He wanted to surprise her with a stool and he send me a photo of the stool Mickey likes so much.
It's the snow white warm & woolly stool I've made for a sweet Australian about 3 years ago.

doris, born on the 4th of july

Today is a day of celebration, because it's the 4th of July and Doris is celebrating her thirteenth birthday!

The stool is a surprise for Doris. She is the eldest daughter of my friend Rosa. This morning her mother Rosa came to pick up her birthday stool.

Rosa will put it secretely in the bedroom of Doris, so she will find it beside her bed when she comes home from school. So sweet...
