Those woolly experiments are the most fun part of the job.

I am looking forward to this new stool. I love it, even if it's not finished yet.

(and in my mind it was already pretty awesome)

funky fringes

The Dutch p a t t e r n of this newly designed WOOD & WOOLY FUNKY FRINGES WAISTCOAT is now for sale in my Etsy shop.

This funky item is a variation on the wood & wooly baby cardigan; slightly less flashy, only some fringes in between.

The English version of the pattern will soon be available. I will keep you updated.

Last week I picked up an unfinished project. I always have a few ongoing projects...
A large oblong pillow with two different sides.
Before our summer holidays I started the striped side of the pillow and after some harlequins it disappeared in a basket.
I've made some pillows for my Etsy shop before and a larger one for our sofa. It's my favorite pillow in the house.

So I decided to make a new large oblong [size 40 x 70 cm!] pillow for my Etsy shop.
I think both sides are equally beautiful! (that's why I laid the pillow in all possible positions for you)

This morning I did not have to get up early and lazed on my around the world pillow (cute pillow-swap with Stof Enzo), I made a wood & wool fringe hanger for a Californian baby and Henk brought me some super scrapwood from his today's wood hunt.

Inspired by the colorful Paul Smith stripes, this handmade baby clothes hanger is also fun without clothes.

And why hide all those loose threads?
They turn into fringes, to make it even more lively!
