Today I browsed my wood & wool stool photo archive. Wow, so many and they are all so different.
The stools are now standing somewhere around the world and thank goodness I have photographed them all of before they were shipped.
I would like to share a random selection of my handmade wood & wool stools.

Brandnew white stool in the shop!

In response to Selina Lake's newest book Pretty Pastel Style, I got some requests about the wood & wool stool on the cover.
So I decided to make a similar one in white.
Because white always looks good.
No worries about the white, the cover is washable.

elvis lookalikes

Elvis' stool even appears to have fans.
These are two Elvis lookalikes that I've created for Kaj & Lucy at their request.
Well, there are no two stools the same and they are always unique, just like Elvis herself!

The beautiful girl with the braids is Elvis.

Elvis got a surprise stool for her eleventh birthday.

A while ago her fabulous mom Daan

ordered a wood & wool stool for her oldest daughter.

Today Daan & Elvis had lunch at Villa Augustus and Elvis came to pick up her surprise...
She was hoping for a stool, she told me during unpacking.
The smile on her face, made ​​my day!

The harlequin stool is ready.

Walking down the stairs, I'm falling in love with those colored harlequin diamonds. The new stool fits frankly cool in the kitchen.

We made our banisters of tree trunks.

Orange was the color of 2012.
To be more precise it was Tangerine Tango according to Pantone.
Well it has been my favorite color for quite some years (especially in the interior) and I will stick to it for some time...

The color of 2013 is Emerald.

Last week I painted the small walls of the hall on the first floor.
(following the example of Nina)

Black walls are beautiful and photogenic.

There was enough paint left over to paint the hall on the second floor as well.

The favorite colors of by inck Inge's stool, really pop in front of the new wall.
Black and blue match surprisingly well.

Yesterday was a huge success! Great audience, lovely summer weather, most charming fair participants and a relaxed atmosphere. Yvonne had everything perfectly organized (thanks again!). Everyone was having a great time and I hope it will become an annual Yvestown Fair tradition!
