where does that name come from?

Where does the name Woodwoolstool come from?

Years ago i made a handmade stool with legs of scrapwood. Because it needed a finishing touch, i designed a woolen cover of crochet and the first woodwoolstool was a fact.
In the years that followed, I made hundreds of woodwoolstools, and they went all over the world.

Well I haven't made a single handmade wooden stool for years,
however the name W O O D W O O L S T O O L stuck with me...

crochet pattern - wooly vest

This wooly vest for the little ones is so utterly cute!

The pattern is made in 'for-the-little-ones' size and will fit lot's of babies and toddlers, because it's a sleeveless cardigan. One size fits all, isn't a term you often use for babies, but I guess it's true in this case.

All you need is about 100 grams of yarn and a crochet needle size 6mm and you can finish this small crochet project in a day!

Last week i've made an extra woolly one with double thread, or Pippa's baby who is due this summer!
