Brussels 9th & 10th of August

On Tuesday we took an early train to Brussels for a summer city trip with the amazing Coldplay concert as a highlight, but moreover to enjoy August in Brussels together!

Milano - wednesday 25th of May - 25927 steps

Departure from home at 5 am (extra extra early because of the chaos at Schiphol airport) and arrival at 12pm at Milano Malpensa Airport.

Train & metro to Buonarroti and checking in at hotel Tiziano, chosen for their huge garden in the middle of the Wagner distretto.

Lunch at Bar Lo Spuntino on Corso Vercelli.

While walking on Corso Magenta, I immediately noticed something familiar in Leone window display. I looked inside and yes indeed, who is painting there? The one and only Natalie Lété! We were both delighted about our very spontaneous reunion, we chatted about villa Augustus and her collaboration with Pastiglie Leone and how incredibly coincidental that I met her in Milan!

Caffè con dolce on the terrace at Caffetteria Dante.

Duomo and Galleria Vittorio Emanuele and we walked two routes from the Time to momo Milan book.

And when we got home, we only wanted to relax for a while in the bath in the typical Italian marble bathroom.

For dinner we didn't want to walk too far and we were lucky because opposite our hotel we settled down at Ristorante Versilia, where we had risotto ala milanese and vongole.
