Happy New Year and cheers to new beginnings!

We all need a fresh start every year, right?
New goals, new dreams, new intentions, new plans and a new calendar.

This jumbo calendar we bought last week in the Van Abbe Museum in Eindhoven; The Big Dutch Art Calendar 2020

Three kilos of home-grown art. Too heavy to hang, so we decided to leave it on the desk.

This Big Dutch Art Calendar shows a different work every day on a large format, from both renowned artists and up-and-coming talent. This tear-off calendar is packed with visual art, photography, fashion, illustrations, architecture and design.

New year means new agenda.

Oh how I will miss my 2014 agenda, made by Dorine de Vos.
Just loved everything about it.

The new agenda for 2015 is a good alternative.

A very good thing about this agenda is, that it provides me every week with an extra day. (every day with another funny name, such as Johnny Halliday)
Imagine how wonderful that would be, a bonus day to plan fun things only...

We will eat some leftover 'oliebollen' and apple beignets...

I prefer the Manner biscuits from Austria, my sweet colleague Eefje brought me. It brings back good memories of my childhood holidays!

An ode to the days, weeks, months. To the seasons. Where is it more visible than in a garden? In the garden of Villa Augustus. Vegetables, fruit, lots of flowers. The bees in the orchard. Obviously the agenda is not ready. There are no appointments, no secret names, no meetings to fairytale locations in moonlight.
