Nobody's life is a bed of roses.
We all have crosses to bear and we all just do our best.
Henk ended up in the hospital with a heart attack last Wednesday and our life was turned upside down.
Thanks goodness he is back home and is doing well now.
Henk is always positive and optimistic and never gives up, which will help his recovery without doubt.
We're all very grateful it turned out so well and from now on things can only get better.

ReplyDeleteOh my goodness! I wish the absolute best for Henk in his recovery. And oodles of love and healing light to you both! I will share I have cardiovascular disease in my 50s thanks to a genetic lipoprotein (a) elevation. I used to feel betrayed by my heart, but now I embrace it as it has taken me this far with relatively few problems. Now I cherish it and switched to a whole foods plant based diet, get plenty of exercise and work with an enlightened integrative cardiologist. Again, hugs to you both!
