When you are a fan of Nathalie Lété, you need to visit Gallery HERFST at Villa Augustus.

Gallery HERFST [AUTUMN] is a new initiative of Villa Augustus. Hotelroom 24, located at the garden of the hotel is occasionally transformed into a temporary gallery.

Nathalie Lété's work is currently exhibited in Gallery HERSFT.
The gallery is open from Thursday to Sunday from 13:00 - 17:00 PM.
The exhibition will last until the end of the year and in the market shop we sell a wide selection of her work throughout the week. Come and see!

Nathalie stayed at Villa Augustus for some days and has been signing piles and piles of her newest books in the market shop. She also made some beautiful drawings during her stay.

Yesterday I was at work in the market and asked Nathalie if she would sign her 'Farmer's bag' for me, instead of a book.
Sweet as she is, she signed the pears & birds bag and also made a few more drawings on the bag.

Je suis heureuse comme une poire!

Gallery HERFST / AUTUMN is a new initiative of Villa Augustus. Hotelroom 24, located at the garden of the hotel is occasionally transformed into a temporary gallery. Villa Augustus invites artists to show their work and so add an inspiring place to the hotel.

On Saturday, October 18 world famous French illustrator and designer, Nathalie Lété, will be the first to open the sliding door of HERFST / AUTUMN.

Book Launch in the Limonaia: An additional reason for Lété's stay at Villa Augustus, is the appearance of the Dutch edition of her pop-up book 'Wandeling van het kleine meisje "(original title:" Promenade de la petite fille "), published by Villa Augustus. Villa Augustus also brings two luxury notebooks with specially commissioned illustrations Lété created around the theme of reading. Following the opening of the gallery Nathalie Lété will be signing her books in the market of Villa Augustus.

summer is in the air?

Summer is in the air, at least in our bathroom.

The gorgeous pastel colored hammam towels are a souvenir from Turkey, we bought them last May.

The bucket is by Natalie Lete.

My toilet bag (with French lesson) might be very useful on vacation.

The pink [beauty room] sign is for a lady from Paris and acted only as a model in our bathroom.

grey garland

A grey garland may not sound very festive at all - and the gloomy weather is even less cooperative - but the lace crochet squares appear quite a nice basic merry-maker.

The lamps are from Sissy Boy Homeland and the plate & bucket by Natalie Lete.

nathalie lété plates

Yesterday the mailman brought two boxes from Londen.
Content; thirteen diner plates by Natalie Lete.
Well, there's only one plate pour moi.
Last Thursday I showed my colleagues the Natalie Lete plate I was planning to order at Anthropologie. In no time I had a collective order of 13 diner plates.
Today I have displayed the colorful collection on the garden table (for the picture) and tomorrow I will hand out the dinner plates to my colleagues.
Tonight we have opened the 'dinner outside' season (using other plates by the way).
