Ovar & Praia do Furadouro - Saturday 20th of June - day 2 of our roadtrip 2020
After breakfast in our charming cottage, we drove to the nearby town of Ovar.
We walked the route of Ovar azulejos and ended up on the cozy Saturday market on the main square.
A market packed with organic fruits and vegetables, under brightly colored umbrellas, some faded by the sun. Everyone wearing face masks, safe social distance and a maximum of 100 people were allowed.
We bought some fruit, some unnecessary but oh so nice brushes, pink Statice and strawflowers.
In the afternoon we went to the Praia do Furadouro, a beautiful stretch of sandy beach with dunes and mainly locals.
