This morning we already ate Easter fruitcake and sprinkles with tiny chocolate hares.
No Easter twigs or chocolate eggs in the house.
Only a rooster poster in the kitchen to get into the Easter mood...

Have to admit it's ten times more fun to crochet in a sunny backyard, however I'm not complaining about my lazy rainy friday at home.

B is for brightening and lady-with-cherries-print is by Larissa Bertonasco and makes me cheerful anyway. The soft pastel colored harlequins are for an equally joyful pillow-fan.

Parallel projects (I like that) I am currently working on. Growing harlequins in bright and pastel colors. I'm making some new harlequin pillows. They will be soon in the shop.

A vintage Brother deluxe 1300, with briefcase (including name label of the former owner Trudy) and a description with original inspection report.

I feel like sending someone an original typed letter on flower seed paper.

On Ile de Ré we found this huge R at Marie & Benoit.

The souvenir is prominently in our kitchen and rocks the wall.

R is a great character to remember our summer days on Ile de Ré.

For the next few weeks, summer is guaranteed.

We fly to Seville, drive from there to a beautiful 'pueblo blanco' near Cadiz.

The light seems to be beautiful. That explains the name of this piece of Andalusia; Costa de la Luz.

Yay! Sinterklaas is back in Holland.

The chandelier in the restaurant of Villa Augustus, we decorated with traditional chocolate letters (milk, dark and white chocolate) last week. Oh and watch out, if you can't resist to take a bite; the red ones are in vintage metal flavour.
