wee sneak peek aw 2013
Another glimpse of the wood & wool wee wear autumn/winter collection.
This one is perfect for a wee baby boy or cool baby girl.
All cardigans are handmade by me and each wee cardigan is unique. I'm having so much fun working on this collection.
On Wednesday the cardigan collection is launched!

nobel's brood
This morning Sander & Willemijn opened their 'fair bakery' Nobel's Brood in Dordrecht.
Nobel's Brood is located in the most beautiful street of Dordrecht, the interior is bright and charming. It feels like an old fashioned bakery with a contemporary vibe.
A bakery where you can get wonderful various breads, honest and fresh regional products and a cup of good coffee, with or without a sandwich.
Freshly baked bread everyday, even on Sunday's they bring your order with a delivery bicycle in the old town of Dordrecht.
Highly recommended if you live in Dordrecht or if you happen to be in the neighborhood!

wood & wool wee wear
Soon in the shop: WOOD & WOOL WEE WEAR
I'm working on a new collection of handmade cardigans for babies.
Just have to share this sneak preview with you, for the tiny cardigans are so cute!
The cardigans cabinet closes for now, but soon more about wood & wool wee wear...
collection
For a stool-addict like me, this is a wonderful pile.
I should actually try this 'stacking' once, with the private collection of the old stools that are spread throughout our house...

borlotti beans
Yesterday I shelled the beans, so they could soak overnight.
The beans have a wonderful color and pattern, both the shell and the beans.
The 'print' vanishes during cooking, the taste is delicious.
We will make an italian Borlotti bean soup tonight, using Larissa Bertonasco's recipe from the book La Nonna, La Cucina, La Vita.

circles cupboard
The circles cupboard we bought at Lammies and although it was planned in the kitchen, it ended up on my desk.
Well I can't get enough of the zinnias yet. They just look so damn pretty in that bucket, right?!

bike management
We are looking for a nifty way to 'park' our vintage race bike in the house.
I like this elegant solution by Knife & Saw a lot.
Does anyone have another cool and practical indoor bike-storage idea?
