augustus sleepover with pippa
Another mother-daughter weekend we both have been looking forward to. Probably one of the last getaways together before Pippa becomes a mother. She is 31 weeks pregnant.
Sunday afternoon we checked in at Villa Augustus. We booked a room with a view on the vegetable garden. We bought some cookies in the market and had a lazy afternoon with lots of wonderful conversations in the room. We even made her birth plan.
Dinner in the restaurant in the evening and we took a long bath.
On Monday we had breakfast in the restaurant and went to Ikea Breda and did some baby room shopping.
Being two days together was great and we always have fun and can't stop talking! Love my girl!
This sleepover with my pregnant daughter Pippa was extra special and we both enjoyed it so much just being together.
In the evening I went back to Villa Augustus to pick up my (once again) forgotten iPhone charger.

happy birthday mommy to be
Cuenca and Barcelona - roadtrip august 2006
Happy birthday my sweet daughter and mommy to be!
Pippa & her baby Mees in the hammock.
PS: Mees is the 'baby' in the bamboo crib in my previous blogpost.
Some instagram followers thought Pippa's baby was already born.

'his' baby blanket
I made a simple natural blanket for Pippa's baby. Made with love in her style and favorite color, matching their baby room.
You can find the CROCHET PATTERN in my Etsy shop. Easy level with crochet chart, tips and tricks.
And the photo is made in 'our' baby room on the attic with Pippa's baby doll Mees in the bamboo crib hahaha...

Paris in August was so special and I think it was our favorite visit ever. Only a 'few' tourists, considerably less Parisians, closed offices and less traffic.
And we tested many super parisian terraces with the most beautiful and colorful bistro chairs.
Being in Paris for four days, we took our time for everything, no rush, what a lovely time.
Paris, city of love and romantic sunset walks along the Seine. L'amour toujours...
