the tiny orange mini cooper
The tiny orange Mini Cooper. This weeks cool crochet project.
Pippa asked if I wanted to make a traditional Christmas sweater for Liam.
So I knitted a tiny tweed spencer and I made a crochet version of our orange Mini Cooper, which he thinks is a really cool car!

A snowy x-mas garland in the attic room.
Actually, it's just my original crochet garland pattern, I simply added a bit of Christmas atmosphere with an embroidered star...

Sunniest Sunday breakfast at Ank's.
Coffee & cake at Stach.
Citywalk heading east.
Drinks at Brasserie Breman in the Lloyd hotel building.
Czaar Peter Kwartier.
Picnic lunch in Oosterpark.
And some animals & plants along the route at Artis & Hortus.
Walk along the Amstel and we participated in the Climate March for half an hour.
Nan Golgin at Stedelijk Museum. An impressive exhibition This Will Not End Well, presented in six rooms with slideshows consisting of thousands of photos, supported by music, voice-overs and archive material.
Wagamama for dinner.
A fairytale evening walk through in a foggy and magical cityscape to end this wonderful week and sunny Sunday in Amsterdam.

Sunny weekend breakfast at Ank's.
Citywalk heading south.
Lunch at Gitane.
Traversing the Vondelpark, where everyone in the neighborhood seemed to be jogging.
Stedelijk Museum, we visited the permanent exhibition. Unfortunately we weren't able to book a time slot for the Nan Goldin exhibition, but we will come back for that tomorrow.
Oud Zuid. Stroll through the beautiful Lomanstraat with slanting trees. Extra pretty in autumn.
Drinks on the terrace at Le Petit George.
(Window)shopping in the Utrechtsestraat.
Groceries at Marqt on the way back home and Henk prepared the tastiest Pasta Pesto Pancetta... a tavola!
